  8. Get 1 cup chopped blanched spinach

Steps to make Palak paneer rose momo:
  1. Mix all-purpose flour,oil,salt and spinach puree in a bowl ; prepare a bit tough dough.
  2. Cover and keep it for 30 minutes.
  3. After 30 minutes,make equal size 12 balls,cover it and again rest it for 10-15 minutes.
  4. For stuffing ;in a bowl mix grated paneer, chopped blanched spinach, chopped coriander leaves, cornflour, salt and combine it well.
  5. Heat a pan,add oil and butter.
  6. Add cumin seeds,let it to crackles.
  7. Add chopped garlic and ginger cook it for couple of minutes.
  8. Add chopped onion, cumin powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder and cook it for 3-4 minutes.
  9. Now mix this prepared masala with the spinach and paneer mixture.
  10. Combine it well and keep aside, stuffing is ready.
  11. Now take a ball, dust with flour and roll into a very thin wrapper or roti.
  12. From the wrapper,cut 3 sizes of circle.(for perfect rose shape use little bit different sizes circles)
  13. Overlapping the circles from the centre.
  14. Put about 1 tbsp stuffing,gather at the central line.
  15. Now fold it vertically and cover the stuffing.
  16. Now roll it from one end.
  17. Fix the other end with little water.
  18. Now the rose shape momo is ready.
  19. Prepare all the roses in same process.
  20. Grease a parforated plate and arrange all the prepared roses on it.
  21. Boil sufficient water in a large vessel, keep the parforated plate on the vessel,cover it with a heavy lid.
  22. Put the flame in high and steam it for 20 minutes.
  23. Palak paneer rose momo is ready.
  24. Serve hot with clear soup.
