  1. First of all we will boil soya vadi in water for 15 minutes.When they become soft we will drain the excess water and grind them with the potato
  2. Now we will mix besan and all spices…
  3. Now we will make Kofta from the dough and deep fry….
  4. Now we will take oil in a pan and add dalchini elaichi red chilli powder and chopped onion
  5. Now add ginger garlic tomato puree and all spices and stir continuously till all the spices start leaving. Now add 1.5 cup water and the Kofta and cook for 10 minutes on low flame
  6. Take out in a bowl and garnish with cream and coriander leaves and serve with hot hot chapati
