  9. For Kulcha:Take maida in a bowl,add all the ingredients.
  10. Make a soft dough using lukewarm water.
  11. Cover the dough and leave for 1hour.In winters the time may extend from 1to 2hours.
  12. Aftet 1hour,punch the dough again and make 6-7 portions.
  13. Roll each portion to 1cm thick kulcha,wet one side and sprinkle some coriander leaves.
  14. Put on a heated tawa,cover and cook for 2minutes on low flame.
  15. Cook another side of kulcha in same manner.
  16. Kulcha is ready,you may apply some ghee on kulcha (optional).
  17. Serve kulcha with soyabean curry.
