  4. Add the seeds and rest of the vegetables and saute well
  5. Add salt and turmeric powder and cover
  6. Now add ginger garlic paste and saute well till the raw smell disappears
  7. Add cumin powder and red chilli Powder, combine well
  8. Add water and simmer till the veggies get cooked well
  9. Finally add sugar and mix well
  10. Serve it with rice as a side dish
