Steps to make Mutton curry:
  1. Wash the mutton pieces and marinate with turmeric powder, salt and set aside for 1 hour
  2. In a pressure cooker heat mustard oil, add whole garam masala of cardamom both green & black, cinnamon stick, cloves, bay leaf and whole red chilli. Add chopped onions and fry till translucent.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, turmeric powder and stir well. Let the oil leave the surface.
  4. Add mutton and stir for 20 mins covered so that mutton gets a good cook.
  5. Add water based on the curry consistency you want and put on pressure for 2 whistles on low flame.
  6. Set aside and give a stir. Add farm masala powder and stir
  7. Plate and enjoy
