Steps to make Mutton curry:
  1. Pressurize the mutton in 1.5 glasses of water and salt for 15minutes
  2. Strain the water from the mutton and keep aside. Put oil in a pot, add cinnamon, cumin, pepper corns and cloves then add onions and brown them (not golden, but dark brown.. Try not to burn) add garlic and ginger
  3. Add the tomatoes, salt, green chillies and curry powder and cook until it looks like a paste. Add the mutton and the water. Add 1.5 glasses hot water and cover.. Allow to simmer for 15minutes then add garam masala
