Add chopped ginger and garlic, and putt back the reserved beef mince that was set aside after browning. then add your tomato paste and continue cooking it to kill the acidity of the tomato paste, throw in fresh chopped coriander, keep stirring to avoid burning, cook for further 5 minutes and not forgetting to reduce the heat after all the frying.
  5. In a small bowl using warm water pour a cup of water in soup powder and combine, that serves as your stock and allow to simmer, add 2 fresh chilies with stocks removed that gives it a touch of hotness, adjust seasoning with salt and pepper
  6. For pasta cook in boiling water with spoon of olive oil to avoid the pasta from clinging together and add a pinch of salt, cook aldante and drain water when cooked.
