  7. Make ready 2 tbspn Fennel seeds
  8. Make ready 1 cinnamon stick

  10. Take 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

  12. Make ready 1/2 cup Roasted gram/pottu kadalai

Curry Leaves - handful Salt as per taste. Mix the gram flour, garam masala powder and asafoetida powder. Now put mutton kothukari in a strainer and pour water over it. Finely chop the onions, green chilies and coriander leaves , crush the garlic and ginger.

Instructions to make Mutton Curry Vadai:
  1. Keep all ingredients ready. In a blender add all ingredients under to grind except roasted gram dal. Grind to paste
  2. Next grind roasted gram separately and add to the above mix. Grind meat to paste and mix well.
  3. Make into balls and press flat. Deep fry in oil till brown.

Now put mutton kothukari in a strainer and pour water over it. Finely chop the onions, green chilies and coriander leaves , crush the garlic and ginger.
