Cook on medium flame.when the mixture starts to thicken add 1 cup water.stir cook some more,on low flame,add lemon juice.turn off heat after 5 minutes.
  3. Now taste and adjust the salt n chilli according to ur taste. - Add the pakoras just before serving otherwise the pakoras will absorb all the curry and break eventually. - Serve with Zeera Kay bighar walay rice.
