  1. Heat a pan on medium flame -  add 1/2 tbsp butter and let it melt - - - Once butter starts to melt add ginger garlic paste and give it a stir
  2. Add tomatoes, carrot, beetroot and mix well - - - Add salt and sugar as per taste and mix again
  3. Now add one glass water and cover the pan with lid and let it cook for 15-20 minutes
  4. Tomato, carrot and beetroot are cooked, turn off the flame and let it cool - - - Once cooled remove it in a grinding jar
  5. Blend it well to form a thick paste or puree - - - The puree is now ready
  6. Strain the puree to remove impurities if any - - - Once done - lets begin to prepare the soup
  7. Now heat the pan again on medium flame - add 1/2 tbsp butter - - - When butter starts to melt add the puree and mix well with the butter
  8. Add chilli sauce, tomato sauce, black pepper powder, vinegar and mix well till the puree comes to a boil
  9. Give it a mix, turn off the flame and remove it in a bowl - - - Healthy tomato soup is ready, you can add fresh cream and serve hot
